Returns Policy

In line with the European Union Consumer Right Directive, you have the right to return unwanted goods up to a maximum period of 30 days starting from the day after you receive the goods, excepting perishable goods, and up to 30 days for damaged/faulty goods.

If you wish to do this you must inform us in writing via letter, fax or e-mail – we are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.

If you select the incorrect address at the point of order then you will be required to cover any costs to have this delivered to the correct address. If the parcel is returned to us  or you reject delivery then we will make a deduction of £7.50 per parcel to cover carrier costs before placing your refund.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us on our Customer Services freephone number on 0800 6444 322 from Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

If you decide to cancel your order after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense.

You must ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage and are still in a sale-able condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Items returned due to a change of mind that are not as new in a resaleable condition will either be offered a partial refund or a refund refused and item returned to you at your own cost.

Please note any item returned that has used and not fit for resale will not be credited unless already approved and authorised.

If you fail to return the goods we may decide to collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.

This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
