No mess and a great compromise for ground feeders Review by Anne
We bought this to stop seed falling onto the lawn and making a mess, but that of course means the blackbirds miss out. However, this is quite a large tray so not only does it stop the seed going everywhere, it didn’t take too long for the blackbirds to cotton on where the seed was hiding, and the tray is big enough to accommodate them. If no blackbirds around, the tray can be full of sparrows/finches mopping up. A really good buy. (Posted on 05/02/2018)

The tray is so easy to attach to the feeder and remove for cleaning. simple but effective. my own home made version which i used previous to this purchase has now been consigned to the dustbin! (Posted on 09/02/2015)
