The RHS Wildlife Collection offers the exquisite Daphne 32mm small bird nesting box, which showcases a captivating design and superior craftsmanship. This nest box features a delightful combination of dark green and natural oak colors, inspired by the RHS. It is meticulously handcrafted in the UK using sustainably sourced timber, with utmost care and dedication by individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

The Daphne nesting box, with its rustic charm, is best situated in a secluded garden spot at the beginning of January to entice birds, as the breeding period typically commences in March. The 32mm entrance is ideal for smaller birds and comes equipped with a metal protector to deter predators from enlarging the hole.

For optimal use, mount the nest box 2-4 meters high on a tree or wall in a shaded location out of direct sunlight. Clean the nest box annually between September and January when unoccupied by simply removing the back panel and washing with boiling water. This allows for thorough sanitization during the non-breeding season.
