- Pricey but necessary These perch rings are perhaps a bit pricey for what they are however they are a necessity (in my opinion) and feel sturdy. They slot on very neatly and stay in place giving the birds more choice about how they feed.

Easy to clean We no longer have loads of seeds discarded onto the garden floor although I think this has upset my resident field mouse! Great purchase! Thank youAnne 7 years agoNo mess and a great compromise for ground feeders We bought this to stop seed falling onto the lawn and making a mess but that of course means the blackbirds miss out. However this is quite a large tray so not only does it stop the seed going everywhere it didn€™t take too long for the blackbirds to cotton on where the seed was hiding and the tray is big enough to accommodate them.
