Details

This eye-catching feeder is light-weight with a durable galvanised steel suet holder and plastic top. A robust galvanised chain is attached to the high-quality plastic top for hanging on a feeding station or nearby tree. The design is equally practical and pretty, allowing for easy cleaning, hanging and refilling.

The Half Moon Feeder is ready to hang as it is pre-filled with 6 suet fat balls. The suet mixture used will attract a variety of wild birds, such as Jays, Finches, Robins, Wrens, Woodpeckers, Tits and many more. Suet is a great year round feed, particuarly beneficial to the birds during Winter when they lose a lot of vital energy required to survive the frosty weather.

To clean, we recommend brushing the feeder down with a soft brush or wiping it down with a warm damp cloth and spraying it with some wildlife safe disinfectant. Once you’ve re-filled it with suet fat balls just place the lid back on the top.

We recommend storing in a cool, dry place, preferably below 14 degrees. Please note, suet fat balls are not suitable for human consumption.
