Garden birds can be messy eaters, dropping seeds from the feeder which then piles up on your garden below. Prevent this from happening by adding a seed catcher tray to the underneath of your feeder. Simply attach the tray to your feeder with the supplied screw. Available in clear plastic.
Exclusive Seed Catcher Trays It would be great if someone actually designed a tray that worked properly. Yes this has drainage holes but once screwed onto the feeder the holes are partially covered so drainage is difficult. Yes it fits securely to the feeder but the screw finger/handles are so big the feeder will not stand upright making it difficult to fill unless it's balanced in a container of some sort. As to the thickness well at the moment it is ok but time will tell.

Brilliant idea that works The metal seed catcher is great. My bird visitors love it as it€™s another handy place to perch whilst they enjoy their food. It does actually catch quite a lot of seed and has helped keep down the amount of grass growing around the feeding station. I€™ve already bought another one.
