For damaged goods - if your order arrived damaged, please use the email address below to send us a photo of the packing slip and any damaged items. If the box it was delivered in was damaged, please include photos of the damaged box if you can.
For delivery queries - all delivery time frames are in working days (Monday to Friday), the first day being the day after you placed your order. For queries chasing deliveries, please wait until after the final day.
