- Excellent for small birds Great feeder. Metal easy to clean and solid. I use it for sunflower hearts or pellets and only the small birds can use this. The starlings do have a go but they find it frustrating. They can have the fat balls

- Ok hinge looks flimsy and needs a tray underneath Its fine. Holds 5 or 6 fat balls main body is solid. Not sure how long plastic hinge will last. No tray under so fat balls crumble to the ground as the birds flock to it. Starlings love it
