Every order is checked before it goes out to ensure it meets the standards expected of Garden Bird Supplies. However, if you have reasonable cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products simply notify us within 30 days of receipt and we will offer a replacement or refund. To aid our quality control standards customers may be requested to return unsatisfactory goods to enable further examinations to take place.
