Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the competition all entrants accept and agree to be bound by these rules.
2. The Promoter of the competition is DPA Direct Limited whose registered office is at Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1HT.
3. Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
4. Employees of the Promoter or its associated companies are not eligible to enter.
5. All photographs entered must be the original work of the entrant and must not have been previously published. Photographs must be of a bird, insect or wildlife subject and must be submitted by email to: photocomp@gardenbird.co.uk
6. The winning photograph and any runners up will be selected by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
7. The winner of the competition will receive a colour camera nest box worth £199.99. The first runner up prize is a Forest Dual Nest Box worth £19.99 and a second runner up prize of a Meripac Window Feeder worth £12.99. No cash alternative is offered. Winners must provide their name and street address before prizes can be issued.
8. By submitting a photograph the entrant agrees that the Promoter may publish it on its web site and in other print and electronic marketing materials for Garden Bird Supplies. The Promoter will only publish winning photographs and runners up. No payment will be made for publication.
9. By entering the competition the entrant agrees that the Promoter may send Garden Bird Supplies newsletters to the email address used to submit the entry. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time.
10. The closing date of the competition is 10th July 2011. The winners will be notified by 12th July 2011. Only one entry per customer. UK addresses only. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
