Delivery Charges

We guarantee that all orders for in stock items received by 11am on a weekday morning will be despatched the same afternoon by 48 hour courier or first class post. This means that you should receive your order within 2 working days, although occasionally it may take 3 days.

Orders received after 11 am will be despatched on the next working day. Some of your orders may be delivered seperately. Unlike many companies, we deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and outlying areas at no extra cost to you. However, as you can understand, deliveries to these locations may take a little longer.

Postage and Packing is charged at £3.99 per order, no matter how large your order.

We have a no signature contract with HDN so you don't need to be in when delivery is made, just tell us where to leave it when you order. We can deliver to a different address if you wish (your place of work for example) at no extra cost - again just tell us when you place your order
